Today I visited AWM (Associated Waste Management) Facility in Morley.
I had a tour of the facilities along with a group of Primary School children who were visiting as part of an educational programme. I was impressed by their innovation and how community focused they are. They host 1500 school children every year on educational programmes and other community outreach programmes.
The are also investing £million's this year in new facilities in Leeds. All in all a very enjoyable and informative visit to a local business, who I believe should be commended for the great community focused ethos that it is built on.
